Getting this error when the user has started the application in onboarding but not entered the journey using their login credentials to start filling the form. How can I resolve it?
—> There could be two of the following reasons for invalid credentials:
- Your onboarding application is still in process, not completed.
- You are using a different email id or entering an incorrect password. In case you have forgotten your provided email id or password, we can help you to retrieve it by clicking on Forgot Email/Password and following simple steps.
