I accidentally did a transaction, can you refund?

Any interaction with the ETH ecosystem requires you to pay ETH. That means you need to pay ETH to stake, you need to pay ETH to withdraw and for any other transactions.

Given that is how DeFi protocols work, refund of your ETH is not possible.
